Batteries are included in the Christmas Tree Figurines. Batteries are not included with the Bellezzina™ pillar or taper candles.

HOW LONG DO THE BATTERIES LAST IN BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS CANDLES?
All Bellezzina™ pillars, tapers and Christmas Tree Figurines flameless candles can be reused. When the batteries are used up, remove them and dispose of them responsibly. To guarantee the battery life quoted on the packaging we recommend using quality Energizer batteries as these have been independently tested to last the hours as stated.

BATTERY LIFE
BELLEZZINA™ PILLARS: All pillars require 2 AA batteries (Energizer recommended) which will last for more than 450 hours.
BELLEZZINA™ TAPERS: require2 AAA batteries (Energizer recommended) which will last for more than 300 hours.
BELLEZZINA™ FIGURINES: require 1 CR2032 cell battery (included) which will last for 96 hours.

HOW DO I USE THE TIMER ON A BELLEZZINA™FLAMELESS WAX PILLAR? 
Bellezzina™ pillars operate manually or can be set to come on at the same time every day by setting the timer. At the base of the candle there are two switches; the left-hand side switch refers to the 4, 6 or 8 hour multi timer mode and the right hand switch has the “Off,” “On” and “Timer” function. To set the timer, select either the 4hr, 6hr or 8hr option and slide the switch from “On” to “Timer” at the time of day you would like the candle to light up. The candle will light up and then switch off after 4, 6 or 8 hours as you have set it. The candle will switch on every day thereafter at the same time. To reset the candle, slide the switch to “Off” and wait for about ten (10) seconds. If you prefer to use the manual setting you can switch the candle on and off at any time.

HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERIES LAST IF I SET THE TIMER TO COME ON EVERY NIGHT AUTOMATICALLY FOR FOUR HOURS? 
Batteries used in Bellezzina™ flameless wax pillars set to the four hour timer will last approximately a bit over 4 months. Battery life varies depending on product and battery quality and is based on the use of recommended batteries (Energizer batteries are recommended for optimum light output).

MY BELLEZZINA™ CANDLE ISN’T WORKING. WHAT DO I DO?
Check that the batteries have been inserted into the base of the pillar as per the diagram inside the unit.
Turn the switch to the “Off” position, wait for about 10 seconds and then either reset the timer by sliding the switch to “Timer” at the time of day you want the candle to light up or switch to “On” to operate manually.
If the candle continues to not switch on, try replacing the batteries.

CAN I USE BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS WAX CANDLES AS WELL AS WICK CANDLES IN MY HOME? 
Yes. You can place as many Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles around your home as you would like. Place the wick candles in places where you can monitor them. Your friends won’t be able to tell the difference and may even try to blow the Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles out.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO USE MY BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS WAX CANDLE? 
Wherever there is a flat surface out of direct sunlight and not exposed to the elements is the perfect place to experience your Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles. Favorite places are on a hallway table, to greet guests as they arrive or welcome you home when you walk in the door, in your powder room, so your guests don’t need to turn on a light, in a child’s bedroom, as a nightlight, on a deck at night, to create mood lighting, on a coffee table, on a mantelpiece, in your fireplace in the Summer months so you can still have the romance of an open fire without the heat, in your bedroom, on a staircase to light the way, in a bookcase, in the kitchen, on a dining table, in a hurricane lantern, on a platter, by the pool, on a boat, where you can’t have a naked flame, in your Motor Home, for more of life’s little luxuries when on the road, camping becomes glamping with Bellezzina™, or any flat surface where you would like to decorate without the concern of a real candle burning.

WILL MY BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS WAX CANDLE EVER MELT? 
Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles give off no heat so will always have the perfect melt height and never burn down. However, as they are made from wax, they must not be left in direct sunlight, near a stove top, or to close to an open fire as external heat forces will impact the shape of your Bellezzina™ flameless wax candle, as it would with a traditional candle.  If leaving on a windowsill, the glass in the window will amplify the heat in the sun and could cause your Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles to change shape. This will not harm the function of your candle, it will just alter the look, and in some way, could make them even more unique and individual than they already are.

WILL BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS WAX CANDLES AFFECT MY TV RECEPTION OR GIVE OFF ANY SIGNAL?
No. Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles do not give off any signal or radiation of any kind.

ARE BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS WAX CANDLES SUITABLE TO BE USED BY CHILDREN?
Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles are ideal to use around children or pets as they are fire safe. However, they are not a toy and are not suitable to be handled by children as the wax may become damaged.
Do not allow children to put the candles in their mouths or put the LED globes near their eyes at any time.

ARE BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS WAX CANDLES ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY? 
Yes. Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles are non-toxic, reusable and provide a more sustainable alternative to burning wick candles. Wick candles produce smoke and burn paraffin wax both polluting the environment and providing a potential fire risk. Some wick candles contain lead in the wick. Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles contain no lead or toxins.

I NOTICE THAT SOME BELLEZZINA™ WAX PILLAR CANDLES EMIT MORE LIGHT THAN OTHERS. IS THIS NORMAL? 
Yes. There will be unique variation in the thickness of wax around the 3 LED globes as the wax is poured by hand and the candle is hand finished and polished. Made from virgin paraffin wax, Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles are all hand handmade by artisans with a melted top edge so no two candles are exactly the same – some let out more light, some let out less light, and this all adds to the realism.

HOW CAN I TELL IF IT IS A GENUINE BELLEZZINA™ FLAMELESS WAX CANDLE? 
Hand made in a traditional candle factory, the Bellezzina™ flameless wax candle is the only flameless candle in the world that truly emulates the behaviour and colour of a wick candle burning. The 3 LED technology disperses the light evenly inside the wax pillar candle, so that the top one third of the Bellezzina™ flameless candle permeates light and becomes translucent, whilst the bottom two thirds of the Bellezzina™ flameless candle remains solid in colour. Looking at many other flameless wax battery operated candles, they often emit what we affectionately term the “life saver” effect; where the top of the candle stays dark, the middle of the candle emits light and the bottom of the candle stays dark – a striped effect, not very natural and not emulating the behaviour of how a wick candle really burns. The Bellezzina™ flameless candle looks good from every direction, and unlike other flameless wax candles on the market which pulse in a stop – start staccato fashion, the flicker of the Bellezzina™ flameless wax candle is so gentle, it relaxes you as you watch the dancing shadows. Bellezzina™ flameless wax candles are so realistic that your friends will want to blow them out, time and time again!
